打造在线医疗专科新模式！平安好医生启动互联网眼科中心

南都讯 记者马建忠  随着在线医疗需求的提升，互联网医疗头部公司已在加码专科中心建设。11月8日，平安好医生互联网眼科中心、互联网眼科中心专家咨询委员会在上海成立。据悉，该中心是平安好医生旗下的首个互联网医疗专科中心，意在通过汇聚全国各地顶尖眼科名医专家资源，打造国家级的眼科专科医疗中心。

与此同时，平安好医生互联网眼科中心专家咨询委员会则由全国各地近五十名知名眼科专家组成。据悉，在这一委员会成立仪式上，在经全体委员推选，王宁利教授成为专委会首届主任委员，复旦大学上海医学院眼科学与视觉科学系主任、国家卫健委近视眼重点实验室主任孙兴怀教授，山东中医药大学附属眼科医院院长毕宏生教授，上海交通大学附属第一人民医院副院长兼眼科主任许迅教授，天津医科大学附属眼科医院院长李筱荣教授等9名全国知名眼科专家成为委员会副主任委员，全体48位专委接下来还将参与讨论制订互联网医疗在眼科各个专病领域的诊疗服务标准化指南及医疗安全监督管理制度。

汇聚各地专家 建互联网医疗首个眼科专科医疗中心

据平安好医生方面透露，这一新成立的互联网眼科中心计划将汇聚全国超过300位外部合作的眼科专家团队，共同打造顶尖的互联网眼科线上专科服务平台，同时将通过合作建设医疗健康联合体的模式，与超过1000家眼科及眼视光机构共同打造覆盖全国的平安好医生线下眼健康服务网络。

未来，这一眼科中心还将发挥互联网医疗优势，拓展医学人工智能应用场景，利用便携式医疗器械监测数据，运用智能转诊、分诊连接线下眼科医疗机构，打通线上医保商保支付，辅以药品物流配送，连接线下眼科、眼视光诊所、眼镜店等眼健康服务机构，打造线上线下一体化的医疗健康服务模式，为广大民众提供全新的眼科医疗健康管理闭环服务。

践行健康中国战略推行业诊疗规范及标准建设

随着国家鼓励以治病为中心向以健康为中心转变，“互联网+”医疗的服务模式正是提升医疗健康服务水平的有效手段，而专科领域的互联网服务保证高质量的服务标准尤为关键。

作为全国首个互联网医疗眼科专家委员会，“平安好医生互联网眼科中心专家咨询委员会”在王宁利教授的带领下，集结了来自全国各地的眼科领域顶尖专家，共同讨论制订互联网和远程医疗在眼科专科专病领域的诊疗服务规范及标准，未来将定期组织各地的基层眼科医生开展关于互联网医疗相关法规政策、行业服务标准的培训与学习。

据悉，王宁利教授从事眼科临床与科研工作37年，完成手术约2万例，现任全国防盲指导组组长、国家眼科工程技术研究中心主任、国家重点学科和临床重点专科的学科带头人、亚太眼科学会的主席、中国医师协会眼科医师分会会长，曾三次被英国《The Ophthalmologists》杂志评为全球最有影响力100名眼科医师，是国内外眼科界公认的最具影响力的学者之一。

在王宁利教授看来，平安好医生互联网眼科中心成立的专家咨询委员会，对互联网远程医疗在眼科领域的健康发展具有行业指导性的意义，也同时体现了平安好医生作为一家互联网医疗企业对医疗本质的深刻理解。而主动邀请来自全国的医疗专家来帮助规范其首家专科中心在眼科专业领域的运营发展与医疗质量把控，则体现了平安好医生作为互联网医疗领军企业的社会责任与践行“健康中国2030”国家战略的决心与担当。

满足患者需求 助力医生发展

随着人口老龄化加剧，经济社会快速发展，人们生活方式改变，青少年近视、年龄相关性眼病、代谢相关性眼病、高度近视引发的眼底病变凸显，成为我国当前主要的致盲眼病。

王宁利教授表示：“平安好医生互联网眼科中心通过线上线下打通的模式，能协助全国的眼科机构以及医务工作者，进一步完善我国三级防盲和眼健康服务体系，加强基层眼科专业队伍建设，建立眼科医疗质量控制体系，推动眼科医疗服务高质量发展，努力满足人们不断提高的眼健康需求。”
